Laurent C. Masse, C.A., CFP
Larry was employed with the firm for nine years prior to his
admission as a partner in May, 1990 and is a graduate of Brock
University in St. Catharines. He received his Honours Bachelor
of Administration degree through the Co-op accounting program in
1985 and finished first in his class. Larry received the
designation of Chartered Accountant in 1986 and obtained top
marks in the Niagara Region that year.
Larry has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered
Accountants’ In-Depth Taxation, Corporate Reorganizations and
International Taxation and Wealth Preservation courses and
devotes a considerable amount of time to the areas of retirement
and corporate planning, as well as cross-border taxation. In
1998 he obtained the designation of Certified Financial Planner
(CFP).
Larry is one of the firm’s main resource persons concerning
taxation issues and has been involved in providing services to
many industry clients in conjunction with other partners of the
firm. Larry is active in the community, devoting a large amount
of time as the Treasurer for the St. Catharines Rowing Club for
the past fifteen years.
