Mike Lopinski, C.A.
Mike began his career in public accounting with the firm in 1986 and
graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of
Arts degree in the Co-op Accounting program. He obtained the designation of
Chartered Accountant in 1990. Mike has completed the Canadian Institute of
Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax course and spends considerable time in
the area of retirement and corporate planning.
Mike provides accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services to a
broad range of clients but has extensive knowledge and experience with Canadian
Tire Store operations. He is also one of the firm’s main resource persons
concerning taxation issues and has been active in creating estate and succession
plans with other partners of the firm.
Mike enjoys playing and coaching various sports with his family and is an avid golfer.
